All gifts are sent via courier services and are packaged securely, however if any of the items are damaged we will replace them immediately Delivery is not included in the price. You have the following delivery options: By courier to their home/business at a cost of R120.00 per delivery address, to major cities, R200, per delivery address to outlying areas and R99 from Postnet to Postnet. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee prompt delivery at a specific time on a certain date, as we rely on 3rd party couriers and even though we always do our best – errors can creep in from time to time.
